GROWTH Our history

1989

foundation

Everkem was founded in Milan.
We began our business as traders
in chemicals for the PVC sector.
The company has grown following
the positive trend of the market.

1994

expansion

We begin to market and
distribute Antimony Trioxide,
which was then scarcely
available on the market.
Truly appreciated by all our
customers, it has allowed us to
enter into emerging industries.

1995

evolution

It is the year of flame retardants.
Looking for alternative products
to Antimony Trioxide, then
in shortage, we begin the
importation of Zinc Borate,
Chloroparaffin and many
other molecules from China:
a growing country where
we were able to develop a solid
commercial and manufacturing
partnerships.

2000

consolidation

These are years of intense activity. The company reorganizes itself with
new human and technical resources. In this way everkem is able to meet
new market evolutions and focusing on different industies demands.

2010

REACH
compliant

Everkem implements
all the necessary measures
to meet the requirements
of the introduction of the
REACH Regulation.

2019

the turning
point

Everkem lays the foundations for doubling
its volumes in the following years, focusing on its core business.

2020/2021

investments

Everkem faces the implementation of
two new ISO certifications,
14001 and 45001,
also populating its
staff with increasingly technical professionals.
In the meanwhile we
acquire a new warehouse
in San Bernardino di Lugo, near Ravenna, in Emilia
Romagna. This important acquisition not only
enables us to storage liquid
materials (1000t), but also allows us to increase the space for processing and production for third parties.

2022

the new Quality Control and R&D
laboratory

are a must. This is why we have createdan internal laboratory for quality control of the incoming materials and development of our own innovative formulations.
